ARSK — Sheet Metal Kiosk Substation
Lightweight weather-resistant substation made of galvanized powder-coated steel. Project dimensions from 2 to 40 m, separate MV, transformer and LV compartments.
The ARSK series comprises transformer and distribution substations made of galvanized, electrostatically powder-coated sheet metal, manufactured in custom dimensions to project requirements. The frame is 2 mm galvanized sheet, bases are hot-dip galvanized NPU/NPI profiles, doors open outwards to 120° with IK20 impact protection.
The MV compartment accepts modular, metal-clad or RMU switchgear; the transformer compartment takes dry-type and oil-immersed transformers. Options include a battery room (Ni-Cd), fire detection and suppression, HVAC, and ATEX lighting for Zone 2 hazardous areas. Lighter than concrete equivalents — significant logistics savings, especially for overseas shipment in dismantled form.
