What is the minimum order?
For electronic components — from 1 pc. per line item, minimum order value UAH 100,000 (we are a wholesale supplier). No limits for medium-voltage equipment — cost depends on configuration.
What are the lead times?
Electronic components — 10–20 business days from European warehouses. Medium-voltage equipment — depends on configuration and factory load, agreed in the quotation.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer against an invoice. ARM TEK LLC is a VAT payer; prices and terms are fixed in the quotation.
Do you deliver across Ukraine?
Yes: components — by Nova Poshta or courier, equipment — by freight carrier to the site.
What documents do you provide?
Invoice, delivery note, contract if needed, certificates of conformity and manufacturer datasheets, customs documents for imported equipment.
